Generated on your device
Passwords, PINs and passphrases are generated in your browser using the Web Crypto API. Their values are never sent to our server, included in URLs or written to localStorage, cookies or generator history. Refreshing the page discards the results.
Clipboard and downloads
When you choose to copy, the password is placed on your system clipboard. Other applications with clipboard access may read it. Downloading creates a local plain-text file containing your passwords. Protect that file and delete it when no longer needed.
Technical requests
Your browser requests the page, styles, fonts and scripts from the hosting provider. The host may keep standard technical access logs containing IP addresses and browser information. Generated passwords are not included in these requests. This build includes no analytics or tracking scripts.
Advertising
Advertising spaces are prepared for the Yandex Advertising Network. No advertising code loads until ad unit IDs are configured. Ads load directly on password.detabit.ru with disableGrab: true to turn off page-context collection. This setting does not isolate advertising JavaScript from page content. When enabled, the advertising network may process visitor technical data under its own policies.
